Latest News - Letter sent Mr Vince Cable, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) via our local MP Greg Hands

24/01/11 We've sent a letter to Mr Vince Cable MP, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) introducing our Honourable Banking Blue Star Awards initiative and explaining why it should be considered as a much needed means of building ethics into the banking system and more.

We feel that controlling the banks successfully ultimately requires introducing real ethics into their boardrooms and corporate cultures. In light of the Government’s wishes to foster ‘Big Society’ involvement in tackling social issues, we should be well placed to get a fair hearing on how we can deliver on that need.

We sent our letter to our local MP Mr Greg Hands and we've asked him to kindly forward it to Mr Cable.
